# Depureco USA Application Intake

- **Material:** What material, dust, liquid, chip, swarf, powder, fume, sludge, scrap, or debris is being collected?
- **Condition:** Is it dry, wet, oily, sticky, abrasive, hot, lightweight, dense, toxic, combustible, reactive, or corrosive?
- **Particle Or Piece Size:** What are the typical and largest particle, chip, strand, or scrap dimensions?
- **Quantity And Loading:** How much material is collected per event, shift, day, or batch?
- **Duty Cycle:** Is use intermittent, repeated, continuous-duty, source capture, or plant-wide?
- **Distance And Lift:** What hose or piping distance, vertical lift, and number of simultaneous pickup points are required?
- **Utilities:** What voltage, phase, frequency, amperage, or compressed-air supply is available?
- **Filtration And Containment:** Are HEPA, antistatic, conductive, bagging, sanitary, allergen, or contained-disposal features required?
- **Hazard And Location:** Has the material hazard and area classification been reviewed by the facility?
- **Collection And Discharge:** Should material be recovered, separated, returned, pumped, bagged, discharged to a bin, or transferred elsewhere?
- **Chemistry And Temperature:** What liquid chemistry, pH, solvent content, viscosity, and material temperature apply?
- **Existing Equipment:** Is an existing Depureco or competitor vacuum being replaced or compared? Provide brand, model, photos, and data plate where possible.
- **Decision Role:** Who is evaluating the solution: maintenance, EHS, engineering, production, facilities, procurement, sanitation/QA, or ownership?
