The RAM OIL 280 MP industrial vacuum cleaner, featuring a capacious of 74 liquid gallons tank, is widely utilized for cleaning CNC machine tanks. It excels in both cleaning speed and replenishing oil lubricants-coolants within the tanks, efficiently vacuuming metal shavings and swarf.
Professional-grade suction power is generated by 3 powerful by-pass motors activated by a single switch, ensuring exceptional vacuum speed and efficient liquid replenishment. The vacuum cleaner’s tank features a convenient quick-release metal basket for efficient separation of solid and liquid components. With a 150-micron filter, it achieves more effective filtration of swarf. With an externally mounted pump, the tank can be rapidly emptied, leaving no residue behind. Since the pump is mounted externally, the full capacity of the tank can be utilized. The vacuum cleaner comes standard with the oil and chip accessory kit and includes a convenient accessory basket and two hose holder hooks.
To prevent overflow, an electrical level indicator within the container automatically stops the airflow once the maximum capacity is reached. The vacuum cleaner comes equipped with a pivoting suction inlet and the perfect oil accessories kit as a standard feature, specifically designed for vacuuming CNC machines.

The suction power is generated from three by-pass motors within the vacuum system. Each motor is individually controlled by its own switch, granting the operator precise control over the intake performance. Housed within a robust casing, the motors are accompanied by an insulating sponge to effectively reduce noise levels, creating a quieter working environment.
The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.
