The PUMA FIX features a parallel high airflow double-stage side-channel blower, ensuring a maximum flow rate up to 540 m3/h. It comes with a standard vacuum breaker safety valve. The vacuum cleaner’s power can be adjusted using an inverter in the electrical panel, based on the number of nozzles being used in the system. The efficient tangential intake, combined with a robust cyclone welded inside the filter chamber, guarantees excellent performance, even with very fine dust particles. By entering tangentially, the material encounters the cyclone and slows down due to friction, falling directly into the container. This system is highly effective in protecting the filter from the vacuumed material. The filter media comprises four M Class high grammage aluminized polyester cartridges, certified by the BIA Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit, providing a filtration efficiency of 1µ. An automatic counter-blowing system ensures that the filters remain clean, even when dealing with challenging dust types. The cleaning process is fully automated, requiring no operator involvement. Depureco’s PUMA FIX industrial vacuum is equipped with a practical and sturdy 46 gal container, featuring a release system for convenient disposal of the vacuumed material. To facilitate handling, the container has four castor wheels mounted on reinforced supports, enabling easy maneuverability even when loaded with a significant amount of material. Additionally, a forklift handling and unloading kit is available upon request.
The suction unit of the system utilizes a side channel blower, which features a direct coupling between the motor and impeller. To ensure uninterrupted and safe operation, the side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve, eliminating the need for regular maintenance. Additionally, the blower is fitted with a metal silencer to keep noise levels at a minimum.
The filtration system is ensured by an antistatic polyester filter cartridge. The design of the cartridge allows for a large surface area within a compact space, enabling continuous airflow even when the cartridge becomes dirty. Classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), the cartridge effectively traps particles as small as 1 micron. This provides protection for both the blower and the operator in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner.
The design of the tangential inlet is aimed at facilitating the smooth movement of material into the bin. Within the chamber, a robust metal cyclone is welded, significantly reducing the speed at which the material enters. As a result, the material directly falls into the bin. This efficient system effectively safeguards the filter, reducing the risk of clogging.
The collected material is stored in a painted container that is equipped with a metal handle, allowing the bin to be detached from the machine. With the inclusion of four swiveling wheels, the bin can be effortlessly maneuvered and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to ensure optimal stability while handling the bin.
