The HF 300 stationary industrial vacuum is a fixed, three-phase system for repeated recovery of dry metal chips, swarf, dust, shavings, trims and other dry solids at CNC machines, production equipment and localized pickup points. It is a strong fit when the cleanup location stays in one place and the collected material needs to move into a hopper, conveyor, bin, big bag or another approved receiver.
The 60 Hz side-channel blower delivers up to 247 CFM with 108 inH2O continuous vacuum. A tangential inlet and internal cyclone slow heavier material before it reaches the 3,720 in² polyester star filter, helping reduce filter loading. M-Class filtration and a manual filter shaker are standard. Optional antistatic, PTFE, antistatic PTFE, Nomex and H14 filtration can be selected around the material, dust load and exposure requirements.
The 6-inch localized discharge connection can be configured with a counterbalanced flap, manual butterfly valve or rotary valve. This allows collected material to discharge into a receiving hopper, conveyor, bin, big bag or other approved collection point. The discharge system is selected separately based on the material, required containment and whether the process needs intermittent or continuous discharge.
Dry-material use: the HF 300 is not a coolant sump vacuum and should not be used for oil, liquid, sludge or mixed wet-material recovery. Combustible, conductive, toxic or otherwise hazardous dust requires material, area-classification and system-design review before a configuration is recommended.
See the HF 300 dry metal chip vacuum system in detail, review the HF 300 CNC dry-chip case study, or explore industrial central vacuum systems for larger multi-point installations.

The direct-coupled side-channel blower provides stable three-phase suction for repeated machine-side recovery and fixed-piping applications. A pressure-relief valve supports safe blower operation during continuous industrial use.

A 3,720 in² polyester star filter rated M-Class under EN 60335-2-69 handles dry dust and fine particulate mixed with chips or solids. Optional H14, antistatic, PTFE and application-specific filter media are available.

The tangential inlet creates a cyclonic material path that drops heavier chips and solids before they reach the filter. This helps reduce filter loading and maintain more consistent airflow.

The 6-inch discharge connection can be matched to a hopper, conveyor, bin, big bag or other approved receiver. Counterbalanced flap, manual butterfly and continuous rotary-valve options are available. The discharge system is selected separately.
