With its vane pump, it generates a vacuum pressure exceeding 12 PSI, allowing it to efficiently vacuum oils and swarf through a flexible hose that stretches over 30 feet. It is extensively utilized for cleaning CNC machine tanks, offering exceptional speed in both tank cleaning and the replenishment of oil lubricants-coolants, while effectively vacuuming shavings and swarf.
As part of the Depureco oil and swarf range, the RAM OIL 1000 AV industrial sludge vacuum employs the innovative “reverse flow” system to facilitate the emptying of liquids. This revolutionary system eliminates the need for additional maintenance and minimizes the risks associated with pump clogging during liquid transfers.
The vacuum cleaner’s tank is equipped with a convenient quick-release metal basket, designed to efficiently separate solid particles from the liquid content. Additionally, a 150-micron filter ensures highly effective filtration of swarf. Inside the container, an electronic level indicator is incorporated to automatically halt the airflow when maximum capacity is reached, preventing any potential overflow.
The RAM OIL 1000 AV is supplied with the perfect oil accessories kit for vacuuming CNC machines, offering a comprehensive solution tailored to meet specific needs. Upon request, a drainage pump can be provided and seamlessly integrated to enable continuous discharge of liquids.

The suction unit of this system utilizes a rotary vane pump that incorporates a unique design, enabling it to generate a powerful depression of 900 mBar. In this particular model, the pump is directly connected to the motor, ensuring a seamless operation. To ensure the utmost safety during operation, the system is equipped with a safety valve that guarantees continuous work without any compromise to safety standards.
The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.
The material being vacuumed is directed into the machine through a flanged intake nozzle positioned above the lid of the metal mesh basket. Once inside, the material undergoes filtration within the basket itself. The basket, which features a PPL filter, functions as a sieve, effectively separating any solid particles. Finally, the filtered liquid is collected within the spacious tank, making it readily available for reuse.
By utilizing the reverse flow of the blower's outlet airflow, which can be activated using a lever situated on the pump, the liquid that has been vacuumed can be effortlessly discharged. To facilitate this process, there is a tap located on the rear section of the machine, allowing the operator to connect a hose for discharge and regulate the flow of the outgoing liquid.
