The BF JC is a compact and stationary industrial vacuum cleaner designed for on-board suction. Its small size allows for easy installation, even in tight spaces. The vacuum power is generated by a 3-phase side channel blower, ensuring continuous 24/7 operation without the need for maintenance. Equipped with a PTFE cartridge filter with a large filtering surface area, it effectively separates the material from the air. The Jet Clean filter cleaning system maintains optimal suction performance by utilizing the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the vacuum cleaner. The metal nozzle, featuring an integrated guillotine, provides protection and enables convenient and rapid use of the cleaning system. Furthermore, a collection container facilitates the efficient collection and disposal of the suctioned material.
The suction unit of this vacuum cleaner features a side channel blower that directly connects the motor and impeller. To ensure safe and uninterrupted operation, the side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve, eliminating the need for maintenance. Additionally, a metal silencer is integrated into the blower to effectively reduce noise levels and maintain a quiet operation.
