Up to 3 years of coverage on heavy-duty industrial vacuums.
Depureco vacuums are built for hard daily use in CNC shops, fabrication, construction sites, warehouses, food plants, shipyards, pharmaceutical industries, aerospace manufacturer, cement plants and more. To back that up, we combine a 12-month standard warranty with an extended warranty program up to 3 years on most units when you purchase original replacement filters with your vacuum.
Warranty at a Glance
- Standard coverage: 12 months from invoice date on Depureco industrial vacuums.
- Extended warranty: Up to 3 years when you buy original replacement filters at the time of purchase (excludes Oil & Swarf/Sump and Professional/Commercial ranges).
- What’s covered: Manufacturing defects in the machine’s components (materials and workmanship).
- What’s not covered: Wear parts, consumables, misuse, incorrect installation, non-original parts, or unauthorized repairs.
- How service works: You send the unit to Depureco for inspection at your expense; if the claim is approved, we repair by replacing defective parts covered under warranty.
Standard 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
For all Depureco industrial vacuum cleaners sold by Depureco USA, the standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of invoice.
During this period, if we confirm a manufacturing defect on the vacuum cleaner, Depureco will supply the replacement parts required to correct the defect at no charge for the parts themselves.
This standard warranty applies across our core ranges, including:
- Wet & dry industrial vacuums
- Heavy duty and high-power industrial vacuums
- HEPA dust extractors
- Explosion-proof / ATEX / NFPA-aligned vacuums
- Dust collectors and central vacuum system power units

Extended 3-Year Warranty With Original Filters
Depureco is the only industrial vacuum manufacturers that backs its products with up to 3 years of warranty coverage when you invest in original filtration from day one.
How it works
When you purchase your Depureco vacuum:
- Add the full set of original replacement filters that match the filters installed on the unit at delivery.
- When these are purchased together on the same order, your warranty can be extended up to 3 years from the invoice date on that vacuum.
Where the extended warranty applies
Applies to most Depureco industrial vacuum ranges.
Does not apply to:
Oil & Swarf / sump vacuums (oil & chips range)
Professional/Commercial vacuums
These exclusions are consistent with the global Depureco warranty framework.
What the Warranty Covers
Within the applicable warranty period (standard or extended), Depureco’s warranty covers manufacturing defects in the vacuum’s components and defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the unit from operating as specified under normal use and within its intended application. When a valid warranty claim is confirmed, Depureco will repair the machine by replacing the defective parts; the warranty does not include full unit replacement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty EXLCUSIONS:
Use of the vacuum outside its intended industrial application.
Damage from wrong voltage or power supply, improper electrical connection, or non-compliant extension cords.
Negligence, abuse, or failure to follow the user manual or safety instructions.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear items, including but not limited to:

Filters and filter bags

Hoses and flexible tubing

Floor tools, wands, and other accessories

Carbon brushes
-
Power cables and plugs
-
Any other components that naturally wear out during normal operation
Motors or blowers that show foreign material intrusion (for example, liquids, metal pieces, stones, or large debris that should have been pre-separated) are also excluded from coverage.

Repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.

Incorrect installation of parts or modifications to the machine.

Use of non-original Depureco spare parts or accessories on a component related to the failure.

Labor costs at your facility (unless expressly agreed)

Lost production, lost profits, or any kind of indirect or consequential damages

Rental equipment or temporary replacement costs
This is consistent with how most industrial vacuum manufacturers structure their warranties.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you think your Depureco vacuum has an issue that may be covered under warranty, follow these steps:

Contact Depureco USA first

Reach out with the serial number, model, and a short description of the issue.

We may ask for photos or a short video to help diagnose remotely.

Shipping the machine

If a physical inspection is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the unit to Depureco (or to an authorized service center) for evaluation.

Inspection and repair

Depureco inspects the unit to confirm whether the issue falls under warranty (manufacturing defect vs misuse, wear, or excluded cause).

If approved, we repair the machine by replacing the defective parts covered under warranty and return the unit.

If the issue is not covered, we’ll quote repair options so you can decide how to proceed.
