WD AIR is a robust industrial vacuum cleaner from the Depureco line, specifically designed to utilize compressed air for efficient suction of liquids, including those contaminated with debris and light sludge. This liquid vacuum cleaner incorporates two parallel ejectors that work together to ensure optimal performance. Each ejector can be adjusted according to the specific requirements, allowing for greater airflow or increased suction power. Depureco’s WD AIR industrial vacuum is equipped with two bag filters, either made of polyester or polypropylene, which can be chosen based on the application needs. These filters effectively separate solid materials from the liquids being vacuumed. With a sizable 34 gal container capacity, this unit facilitates the effortless suction of large volumes of material, and the subsequent discharge is made convenient by a drain located at the bottom of the container. To monitor the liquid level within the industrial vacuum, a transparent tube is fitted at the front. For enhanced safety, a float can be installed in the container, ensuring secure vacuuming operations.
The vacuum cleaner is outfitted with a Venturi pipe, which generates an impressive vacuum force entirely without the need for mechanical or electrical components.
Filtration is assured by a polyester filter of M class, featuring a unique star shape that allows for continuous airflow even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter fabric is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), providing protection to both the suction unit and the operator by effectively trapping particles up to 1 micron in size.
The discharge process occurs effortlessly through gravity. Positioned at the base of the machine, a valve is installed to facilitate the convenient release of the liquids and particles accumulated within the bin.
