The CVS unit, part of the Depureco range, is a fixed suction unit designed for various types of centralized systems. When combined with the DV-AIR filter unit, it effectively powers large centralized systems with multiple suction points, even at different elevations. Carefully considering factors such as required power, material type, pipe distances, simultaneous suction points, and customer preferences, the CVS is tailored to meet diverse needs. Engine size options (side-channel turbines) can be selected based on the system’s power requirements. For ease of transportation, the machine is equipped with two bottom guides for effortless forklift handling. Additionally, the unit can be equipped with an H14 absolute filter as a supplementary support to the primary filter unit. It provides an ideal solution for large centralized systems with multiple simultaneous suction points or high-volume material transportation needs.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve to guarantee a totally safe continuous work, without any maintenance.
