The DF 40 is a portable industrial vacuum designed for the removal of suspended dust or for connection to aluminum and PVC cutting machines. It features a three-phase fan that provides powerful suction. This industrial vacuum, part of Depureco’s dust collectors’ range, is equipped with a high-quality filter that offers M Class filtration efficiency down to 1 micron. As a standard feature, the DF 40 incorporates a highly effective manual filter cleaning system. By utilizing a lever located outside the filter chamber, the operator can shake the filter, causing the dust to directly fall into the collection bin. Additionally, upon request, an automatic piston filter shaking system or a jet pulse filter cleaning system can be installed.
The vacuum is created by a dedicated electric fan that ensures optimal airflow while maintaining a sufficient level of suction.
Filtration is provided by a star-shaped polyester filter classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69). This unique design allows air to pass through the filter even when it becomes dirty. The M Class classification ensures that particles as small as 1 micron are effectively trapped by the filter, offering protection to both the fan and the operator in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner.
The specially designed inlet deflector directs the material towards the container with precision. Depending on specific needs, connection flanges or reduction flanges of various diameters can be easily attached to the deflector.
The collected material is stored in a painted container that features a sturdy metal handle, allowing the bin to be easily detached from the machine. With the help of its four swiveling wheels, the bin can be effortlessly maneuvered and emptied. To ensure optimum stability during handling, each wheel is reinforced.
