Depureco’s high power three-phase range includes the Puma series, which are heavy-duty industrial vacuums designed for demanding tasks. These vacuums feature high-quality, double-stage side channel blowers manufactured in Italy, ensuring a maximum flow rate of up to 1500 CFM, providing powerful airflow. The vacuum breaker safety valve is a standard inclusion. With a tangential intake design and a robust cyclone securely welded inside the filter chamber, the Puma vacuums guarantee exceptional efficiency, even when dealing with the finest dust particles. This design effectively protects the filter from the vacuumed material. The material enters tangentially, encounters the cyclone, and due to the generated friction, reduces speed before falling directly into the container.
The filters used in the Puma industrial vacuums are made of high grammage polyester, classified as Class M and certified by BIA Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit, offering a filtration efficiency of 1µ. These filters can be customized to suit specific applications. Additionally, the Puma vacuum cleaners offer various filter options. Anti-static filters are available to prevent electrostatic charges, NOMEX filters are designed to withstand high temperatures (up to 482°F), Teflon-coated filters are suitable for working with wet materials, and filters treated with PTFE nanotechnology are engineered to handle the most challenging dust particles.
The Puma industrial vacuums are equipped with a manual filter cleaning system, allowing for easy and effective shaking of the filter using the lever located on the top of the vacuum. Alternatively, an automatic filter cleaning system can be configured as per demand. The options include jet pulse cleaning, electro-pneumatic piston filter shakers, or electrical filter shakers.
Depureco’s Puma models are equipped with a practical and robust 46-gallon container, featuring a release system that enables operators to collect the vacuumed material and conveniently dispose of it. To facilitate handling, the container is mounted on reinforced supports and equipped with four castor wheels, allowing for easy maneuverability even when carrying several kilograms of material. Additionally, a kit is available on-demand for handling and unloading the container using a forklift, providing further flexibility and efficiency.
The suction unit of the vacuum employs a side channel blower that features a direct coupling mechanism between the motor and impeller. This configuration ensures efficient and powerful suction performance. To prioritize safety during operation, the side channel blower is equipped with a built-in safety valve. This valve guarantees uninterrupted work with complete safety, eliminating the need for maintenance. Additionally, the blower is equipped with a metal silencer that effectively reduces noise levels, promoting a quieter working environment.
The filtration system is ensured by an M class polyester filter, designed to effectively capture particles during operation. The unique star shape of the filter allows for continuous airflow even when it becomes dirty, maintaining optimal suction performance. The fabric used in the filter is classified as M Class according to BIA | EN 60335-2-69 standards. This classification signifies that the filter has the ability to stop particles as small as 1 micron, providing crucial protection for both the blower and the operator working in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner.
The tangential inlet is specifically designed to facilitate the smooth movement of material into the bin. Inside the chamber, a robust metal cyclone is securely welded, significantly reducing the entry speed of the material. As a result, the material falls directly into the bin, ensuring efficient protection of the filter and minimizing the risk of clogging.
The collected material is stored in a painted container that features a metal handle, allowing the bin to be easily detached from the machine. With the convenience of 4 swiveling wheels, the bin can be effortlessly moved and emptied. Each wheel is reinforced to ensure maximum stability during handling, providing a secure and steady maneuvering experience.
