The XM35 Jet Clean® LP is a highly robust and secure industrial vacuum that offers easy portability, thanks to the trolley mounted on industrial castor wheels. Suction power is generated by two potent By-Pass motors, intelligently housed within a soundproof metal casing. The professional suction capabilities of this vacuum are remarkably high-performance, surpassing other vacuum cleaners in its category available in the market.
This vacuum incorporates a cartridge filter placed below the filter chamber, which is certified by BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit) as M Class, ensuring a filtration efficiency of 1µ. With a filtering surface area of 5425.01 in2, this vacuum can handle significant amounts of dust without clogging the filter, thus prioritizing operator safety.
Depureco’s single-phase range of industrial vacuums includes a JetClean® filter cleaning system, which efficiently cleans the filter by utilizing the pressure difference between the vacuum’s interior and exterior. The filter can be cleaned without shutting down the suction motors or disconnecting the suction pipe.
To further enhance user safety, this vacuum cleaner is equipped with the Longopac® system, which enables the material to be bagged directly without any contact between the operator and the vacuumed product.
The vacuuming power is produced by two independent by-pass motors, each of which can be controlled by its own switch, allowing the operator to regulate the suction performance as desired. These motors are housed within a robust casing, designed to minimize noise levels with the help of insulating sponge material.
Reliable filtration is provided by a durable polyester filtering cartridge, specifically designed to maximize the filter surface area within a compact space. This design ensures that air can pass through the filter even when it becomes dirty. The filter is certified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), effectively capturing particles up to 1 micron in size, thereby safeguarding both the motors and the operator.
The vacuum cleaner is outfitted with a cutting-edge filter cleaning system called JetClean®, developed by Depureco. By harnessing the pressure differential between the vacuum cleaner's interior and exterior, this system creates an air jet that effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the cartridge. This innovative approach ensures rapid and efficient cleaning of the filter while vacuuming operations continue without interruption.
The collected material is efficiently stored in a resilient plastic bag known as Longopac®, which boasts a length of 787,402 in. This bag is conveniently rolled up beneath the filter chamber and can be adjusted as needed for various requirements. When the bag becomes full, the operator can securely seal it by closing it above the accumulated material, which conveniently falls into the bag during the vacuuming process. Subsequently, the filled portion of the bag can be safely cut off and disposed of, ensuring no contact between the operator and the material takes place.
