The WD 132 presents an optimal solution for effective and secure collection of dust, solids, liquids, and light sludge. This industrial vacuum cleaner utilizes two parallel-operating By-Pass motors to generate powerful suction, enabling rapid liquid collection. The vacuumed material is directed into the machine through a metal inlet featuring an internal deflector made of die-cast aluminum alloy and cast iron. The deflector ensures that the material settles at the bottom of the container, preventing it from reaching the filter. This safeguard protects the filter, ultimately extending its service life.
Constructed with a painted steel container, the WD 132 offers a generous capacity of 34 gal, while an optional AISI 304 stainless steel version is available upon request. The discharge of the collected material is facilitated by a manual ball valve located at the container’s base, allowing for easy gravity-based disposal. To provide visibility of the liquid volume inside the container, an external level indicator is provided, while an internal level indicator automatically halts the vacuum operation upon reaching maximum capacity.
The WD 132 industrial vacuum cleaner is supplied with two separate filter kits: one designed for dust and the other for liquids. This versatility allows the vacuum cleaner to be safely employed for various applications. Furthermore, the Wet&Dry suction kit is included as a standard component with the vacuum cleaner.
The suction power is produced by two or three by-pass motors. Each motor can be controlled separately using an independent switch, allowing the operator to adjust the intake performance as desired. The motors are housed in a robust casing that incorporates an insulating sponge to effectively reduce noise levels and ensure a quiet operation.
The vacuum cleaners within the WD range are designed to effectively vacuum and separate liquids or dust. Two filter options are offered: a polypropylene filter for filtering and separating solid materials that may be present in the vacuumed liquids, and a polyester filter for use when vacuuming dust. Both filters are washable, allowing for easy maintenance and reuse.
The discharge process operates through gravity, facilitated by a valve positioned at the bottom of the machine. This valve guarantees convenient and straightforward removal of the liquids and particles accumulated within the bin.
