The MINI AIR Z2-Z22 is an intrinsically safe compressed air vacuum cleaner that offers exceptional power and versatility for a wide range of industrial applications. It features two parallel working ejectors that deliver maximum performance. Each ejector is adjustable, allowing for customized airflow or vacuum strength depending on the specific task at hand. Inside the vacuum cleaner, you’ll find a large surface filter made of antistatic polyester, certified as M class with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron. This filter ensures the safe collection of electrostatically charged dust. Additionally, an optional H14 filter is available for capturing the finest particles. The vacuum cleaner comes equipped with an effective manual filter cleaning system. By simply using the lever located outside the filtering chamber, the operator can shake the filter, causing the dust to be deposited directly into the collection container. For convenient disposal, a spacious 11 gal release container with wheels is provided, making it easy to empty the vacuumed material.
The vacuum cleaner is outfitted with a Venturi pipe, which efficiently generates a powerful vacuum without the need for mechanical or electrical components.
The primary filter is constructed from durable antistatic polyester material. Within the fabric, a conductive net is integrated to prevent any accumulation of electrostatic charge. The unique star shape design maximizes the filter's surface area while maintaining a compact size, allowing uninterrupted airflow even when the filter becomes dirty. This filter fabric has obtained M class certification (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), which ensures that particles as small as 1 micron are effectively captured, safeguarding both the suction unit and the operator in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner.
Located on the side of the filter chamber, there is an ergonomic manual shaker that allows the operator to effortlessly and rapidly clean the filter by removing dust and debris from its surface. This intelligent cleaning system enables the operator to continue working without the need to replace or wash the filter.
The collected material is stored in a painted container that features a metal handle, allowing the bin to be detached from the machine. With the convenience of four swiveling wheels, the bin can be effortlessly moved and emptied.
