The M 70 OIL industrial vacuum cleaner is specifically designed for the removal and separation of oil and metal chips from tanks, machine tool tables, and guides. It utilizes two motors operating in parallel to ensure powerful suction capability. The vacuum cleaner’s container is equipped with a metal basket that effectively separates the solid particles from the liquid component. Additionally, it incorporates a 150-micron nylon filter to enhance the filtration process.
To prevent overflow, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with an electric floating level switch that automatically halts suction when the container reaches its maximum capacity (able to hold 70 liters of emulsified oil). For easy discharge, a gravity-based system is employed, utilizing a discharge tube located at the bottom of the container. If desired, an optional discharge pump can be installed concurrently with the filtration process to facilitate liquid discharge.
The M 70 OIL industrial vacuum cleaner is mounted on wheels, providing mobility and convenience for the operator to empty the collected material. This allows for the discharged liquid to be directed into a collection or settling container if needed.
The suction power of the vacuum is produced by three by-pass motors. Each motor has its own switch, allowing the operator to regulate the intake performance. These motors are housed in a robust casing, which includes a sound-absorbing sponge to ensure a reduced noise level is maintained.
The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.
The container of the vacuum cleaner is fitted with a bottom drain tube for the purpose of draining the collected liquid. The liquid is discharged from the container using the force of gravity.
