The SWAN industrial vacuum is an excellent choice for the pharmaceutical industry, as it comes with a powerful side channel turbine and offers compactness and versatility. It can safely handle challenging dust situations. This vacuum cleaner, part of the food & pharma range, includes a standard M Class large surface filter with a manual cleaning system. If needed, an on-demand jet pulse system with high-efficiency filter cleaning can be added to enable continuous 24/7 operation without the need for manual intervention. Additionally, an optional H14 filter can be installed. The SWAN vacuum cleaner features a detachable container, available in either AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, along with a filter chamber.
The suction unit of the vacuum cleaner employs a side channel blower that directly connects the motor and impeller. To ensure safe and uninterrupted operation, the side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve, eliminating the need for maintenance. Additionally, a metal silencer is integrated into the blower to keep the noise level low.
The filtration system relies on an M class polyester filter, which ensures effective filtration. The unique star shape of the filter allows air to pass through even when it becomes dirty. The filter fabric is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), indicating its ability to capture particles up to 1 micron in size. This provides protection for both the blower and the operator in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner by preventing these particles from passing through.
The design of the tangential inlet aims to facilitate the material's descent into the bin. Inside the chamber, a robust metal cyclone is welded, which significantly reduces the speed at which the material enters, ensuring it falls directly into the bin. This efficient design protects the filter and minimizes the risk of clogging.
The material is collected inside a painted container. Through the lever installed on the front part of the machine it is possible to operate the mechanism that keeps the container in working position. Once lowered, the container can then be easily extracted to empty it thanks to the two ergonomic handles
