The FROG, an industrial vacuum cleaner from the OIL line, is specifically designed to efficiently vacuum and separate oil and swarf from CNC machine tanks. Equipped with standard features, this vacuum cleaner enhances cleaning operations and allows for the reuse of oil lubricants and coolants. In the Oil and Swarf range, Depureco utilizes the “reverse flow” system for liquid drainage, eliminating the need for additional maintenance and reducing the risk of pump clogging during liquid transfer.

Suction power is generated by two parallel-operating motors, ensuring optimal speed. The FROG industrial vacuum includes a 34 liquid gallons bin with a convenient quick-release metal basket, enabling efficient separation of solid and liquid components. The 150-micron filter enhances swarf filtration, ensuring effective performance.

To prevent overflow, an electrical level indicator is incorporated within the container, automatically stopping the airflow when maximum capacity is reached. The FROG comes with a comprehensive oil accessories kit, specifically designed for vacuuming CNC machines, as a standard feature.

Suction Unit

Suction power is produced by two by-pass motors in this vacuum system. Each motor can be individually controlled by an independent switch, providing the operator with the ability to adjust the intake performance according to their requirements. These motors are housed within a robust casing, featuring an insulating sponge that effectively reduces noise levels, ensuring a quieter operating environment.

Filtering element

The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.

Discharge system

By utilizing the inversion of the outlet airflow from the motors, which can be conveniently activated using an ergonomic lever located on the accessories' support plate, the collected liquid can be effortlessly discharged. Additionally, if desired, an optional submerged pump can be installed to allow for continuous discharge without interrupting the vacuuming process.

Inlet

The material being vacuumed is directed into the machine through a flanged intake nozzle positioned on the top of the vacuum's lid. Once inside, it undergoes filtration by passing through a metal mesh basket. This mesh basket is accompanied by a PPL filter to ensure thorough filtration. The liquid component is subsequently collected within the spacious tank.
