The AS 400 industrial vacuum is specifically engineered for efficient collection of substantial volumes of production trimmings. This vacuum, a part of Depureco’s food & pharma range, is equipped with a side-channel turbine positioned beneath a 57 gal. collection chamber. With bottom suction, the vacuumed material is directly directed into a filter bag, enabling the recovery of various materials, including paper, plastic, and packaging trimmings. An inspection window on the top cover of the vacuum cleaner allows operators to easily monitor the material level inside the container.
The suction unit of the vacuum cleaner consists of a side channel blower that features a direct coupling between the motor and impeller. This side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve, ensuring uninterrupted and completely safe operation without the need for maintenance.
A durable nozzle serves as the point of entry for the vacuumed material, while a deflector attached to the nozzle directs the material towards the bottom of the bag. Different nozzle diameters can be provided upon request, and there is also the option to install a second nozzle on the lid.
The container houses a textile bag for collecting the material. As the material enters through the inlet, it is directed into the bag, while the air flows through the textile material, ensuring continuous suction. This system effectively compacts the residual material at the bottom of the bag, enabling the collection of large quantities of material.
AS vacuum cleaners come with an inspection window that allows users to easily assess the amount of material present inside the bin without the need to open the lid.
