The AS industrial vacuum is specifically engineered for the collection of production trimmings. It is part of Depureco’s vacuum lineup designed for the food & pharma industry, featuring a side-channel turbine positioned beneath the collection chamber. The suction mechanism operates from the bottom, directing the vacuumed material straight into a filter bag. This setup enables efficient recovery of a wide range of lightweight materials, including paper, plastic, and packaging trimmings. Additionally, the top cover of the vacuum cleaner includes an inspection window, providing the operator with a convenient way to monitor the material level inside the container.
The suction unit of the vacuum cleaner consists of a side channel blower that directly connects the motor and impeller. This blower is designed with a safety valve to ensure uninterrupted and safe operation, eliminating the need for maintenance. Additionally, a metal silencer is incorporated into the blower to effectively minimize noise levels.
The vacuum cleaner features an inlet located on the lid, designed at an angle to facilitate the direct downward flow of material into the bag. Depending on requirements, various inlet diameters can be provided upon request, and there is also the option to install a second inlet if needed.
Inside the bin, a polyester bag filter is positioned to capture the vacuumed material as it passes through the inlet and directly into the bag. Simultaneously, air seamlessly flows through the fabric of the filter without any interruptions. This system efficiently collects the material at the bottom of the bag, enabling the accumulation of a significant quantity. To safeguard the blower, a grid is installed at the base of the chamber.
AS vacuum cleaners are designed with an inspection window that provides the convenience of monitoring the material level inside the bin without the need to open the lid.
