The XM20 Jet Clean® from Depureco is the smallest industrial vacuum designed specifically for capturing fine dust particles. It utilizes two motors with a By-Pass cooling system (MADE IN ITALY) to deliver exceptionally powerful suction performance. The dust and debris are drawn in through a robust metal inlet that accommodates a 1.57 in or 1.96 in flexible hose. Inside the vacuum cleaner, there is a certified filter cartridge, approved by BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit), belonging to the M Class and offering a 1µ filtration efficiency. With a filtering surface area of 5500 in2, it effectively captures large volumes of dust without clogging the filter.
Notably, this industrial vacuum cleaner, part of Depureco’s single-phase range, features the innovative JetClean® filter cleaning system. This system allows for effortless cleaning of the filter without requiring the operator to turn off the vacuum cleaner. Additionally, the vacuum is equipped with a detachable 20-liter container at the bottom, facilitating easy and safe disposal of the collected material.
The suction power of the vacuum is generated by two separate by-pass motors. Each motor can be controlled independently using its own switch, allowing the operator to adjust the intake performance as desired. These motors are securely housed within a durable casing, which is equipped with an insulating sponge to minimize noise and maintain a quiet operating environment.
A robust polyester filtering cartridge is responsible for ensuring effective filtration. Despite its compact size, the cartridge is designed to provide a large filter surface area of 5500 in2. This allows air to pass through even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter is certified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), meaning it effectively captures particles down to 1 micron in size, thus protecting both the motors and the operator from potential harm.
The vacuum cleaner features an innovative filter cleaning system called JetClean®, developed by Depureco. This system utilizes the pressure differential between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner to create a powerful air jet. As the air jet travels through the cartridge, it effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter. This process allows for quick and efficient cleaning of the filter while the vacuuming operations continue uninterrupted.
The collected material is stored in a painted container, which is equipped with four swiveling wheels. This design allows for easy movement and emptying of the bin.
