The M100 is the flagship single-phase industrial vacuum from Depureco, renowned for its exceptional power and performance. With its 3 By-Pass motors, it achieves an impressive power output of 3.3 HP. The M100 industrial vacuum is designed to handle a wide range of challenging materials, including dust, shavings, liquids, and more, using pipes that can extend over several meters.
Equipped with a polyester pocket filter with a filtration efficiency of 1µ, certified as M Class by BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit), the M100 ensures excellent filtration. Moreover, the filter can be customized for specific applications. Anti-static filters are available to prevent electrostatic charges, NOMEX filters can withstand high temperatures of up to 482°F, Teflon-coated filters are suitable for working with wet materials, and filters treated with PTFE nanotechnology excel at capturing the most challenging dust particles.
To maintain optimal performance, the industrial vacuum features a manual filter cleaning system. The filter can be easily and effectively shaken using the lever located on the side of the vacuum. Additionally, the 100 vacuum cleaner comes with a convenient detachable container on wheels, allowing the operator to collect the vacuumed material and dispose of it with ease. The container is available in the capacities 100 liters. Is equipped support for the four castor wheels, ensuring safe handling even when the container is filled with several kilograms of material. Additionally, a tiltable kit for containers is available upon request. For those who prefer a direct bagging system, the M100 Longopac version is available.
Three by-pass motors create the vacuum, and each motor can be controlled separately using an individual switch, allowing the operator to adjust the suction power. The motors are enclosed in a robust housing that contains a sound-absorbing sponge to ensure a quiet operation.
An M class polyester filter ensures effective filtration. Its unique star-shaped design allows air to pass through even when the filter is dirty. The filter fabric is classified as M Class according to BIA | EN 60335-2-69 standards. This classification means that the filter can capture particles up to 1 micron in size, providing protection for both the motors and the operator using the vacuum cleaner.
On one side of the filter chamber there is an ergonomic manual shaker through which the operator can easily and quickly clean the filter, removing any dust and debris from its surface. Thanks to this smart cleaning system the operator can carry on working without needing to change or wash the filter.
The debris is accumulated within a painted container that is equipped with a metal handle, allowing for easy detachment from the machine. The container is supported by four swiveling wheels, enabling effortless mobility and emptying. Each wheel is reinforced to ensure optimal stability when handling the bin.
