Industrial Vacuum Material Testing Lab

See how industrial vacuums actually perform before you buy.

Depureco Labs is our in-house material testing program where we run real-world vacuum tests on fine dust, metal chips, powders, bulk materials, liquids, and more using different vacuum models and tools.

Watch real test results by material, application, and unit to understand exactly what will work in your facility.

See Real Vacuum Performance Before You Buy

We test real materials with real industrial vacuums—so you can make the right decision before investing in equipment.

From flour dust and combustible powders to oily metal chips and packaging scrap, every test is designed to simulate real operating conditions—not ideal lab scenarios.

Browse by vacuum model or material type to see how each system performs and what setup is required for your application.

TEST YOUR MATERIAL

Send Us Your Material — We’ll Test It

Not seeing your material in the video library yet? Send us a sample and we’ll test it with the right Depureco vacuum, filter setup, collection system, and accessory combination.

Our team can evaluate how your material behaves during pickup, separation, filtration, and discharge so you can see real performance before choosing a vacuum.

Depureco Labs provides industrial vacuum material testing for manufacturers, machine shops, foundries, food processors, packaging facilities, construction contractors, metalworking plants, and production environments that need to verify vacuum performance before selecting equipment. Material testing can include fine dust, combustible dust, metal chips, oily swarf, coolant sludge, powders, granules, bulk solids, trim scrap, plastic pieces, PVC scrap, glass fragments, abrasive media, wood dust, fiberglass dust, paint dust, paint chips, clay, gravel, rocks, and mixed wet/dry materials. Testing helps evaluate suction performance, airflow, vacuum depression, filter loading, pickup efficiency, collection method, accessory fit, separator performance, and whether a material is better suited for a HEPA dust extractor, wet and dry industrial vacuum, sump vacuum, heavy-duty three-phase vacuum, pneumatic vacuum, dust collector, cyclone interceptor, or central vacuum system.
REAL TESTS. REAL SETUPS.

How Depureco Labs Tests Your Application

Every test starts with the material, the environment, and the cleanup goal. We look at what you’re collecting, how much material is involved, where the pickup happens, and what matters most: speed, filtration, recovery, containment, discharge, or long-term durability. From there, we test the material with the vacuum family, filtration package, hose size, separator, and tool combination that best matches the job.

1. Material Review

We review the dust, chips, powders, liquids, sludge, scraps, or debris you need to collect.

2. Vacuum Matchup

We select the vacuum family, filtration, collection system, and accessories that fit the application.

3. Real Pickup Test

We run the material through practical pickup conditions using hoses, floor tools, nozzles, separators, or collection bins.

4. Recommendation

You get a clearer path to the right vacuum, accessory setup, and product page or quote request.
