The M100 JC® is a single-phase fine dust industrial vacuum built for production-floor cleanup, powder recovery, machine-side debris pickup, and wet/dry industrial maintenance tasks. Powered by three independently controlled by-pass motors, the M100 JC delivers up to 326 CFM of airflow and 98 inH2O of vacuum performance from standard 110V / 60Hz power.

For fine dust collection, the M100 JC uses a large 5,500 in² PTFE Class M cartridge filter designed to help maintain airflow under dust load. The JetClean® filter cleaning system uses pressure differential to send a cleaning pulse through the cartridge, helping release built-up dust from the filter surface without requiring the operator to fully stop work.

A tangential inlet helps create a cyclonic effect inside the vacuum body, slowing incoming dust and debris before it reaches the filter. Collected material drops into a 26-gallon detachable steel bin mounted on four reinforced swiveling wheels, making disposal easier during routine plant cleanup. For applications that require direct bagging or more controlled dust disposal, review the M100 JC LP version.

The M100 JC is a strong fit for fine dust, dry powders, chips, shavings, light liquids, and general production debris in ordinary industrial environments. For combustible dust, reactive metal powders, classified locations, or applications requiring contained Longopac® disposal, confirm the proper Depureco configuration before quoting.

SUCTION UNIT

The M100 JC uses three independently controlled by-pass motors, allowing the operator to adjust suction performance based on the material and cleanup task. The motors are housed in a durable steel head assembly with sound-dampening insulation to support lower operating noise during plant-floor use.

FILTERING ELEMENT

PTFE CLASS M FILTER

The M100 JC is equipped with a 5,500 in² PTFE cartridge filter certified as Class M according to EN 60335-2-69 / IFA-BGIA M-PES. The large filter surface area helps maintain airflow during fine dust recovery, while the PTFE media supports better dust release during filter cleaning. Optional HEPA H13 filtration is available when the application requires a higher-efficiency secondary stage.

JETCLEAN

JETCLEAN® FILTER CLEANING

JetClean® uses the pressure differential between the inside and outside of the vacuum to send a cleaning pulse through the cartridge filter. This helps dislodge fine dust from the filter surface, maintain suction performance, and reduce downtime during high-dust cleanup tasks.

COLLECTION BIN

DETACHABLE COLLECTION BIN

Collected material drops into a 26-gallon painted steel container with a metal release handle. The bin detaches from the vacuum body and rolls on four reinforced swiveling wheels, making it easier to move and empty during routine production-floor cleanup.
