Simone Bacciu

CEO & Managing Partner

Originally from Italy, Simone brings a deep appreciation for industrial vacuum technology, engineering, and the practical challenges manufacturers face every day. His connection to the industry goes well beyond business. Simone has a genuine passion for industrial vacuums and takes pride in helping customers find equipment that is properly matched to their material, process, environment, and application.

Simone works closely with manufacturers across the United States on applications involving dust, powders, metal chips, liquids, combustible materials, centralized vacuum systems, and high-volume collection. He is known for taking a hands-on approach, looking closely at how a customer’s process actually works before recommending a solution.

Simone combines Depureco’s Italian engineering heritage with a strong focus on the needs of American manufacturers.

Wioletta Kobiela

Operations and Logistics Manager

Wiola plays an important role in keeping the day-to-day operations of Depureco organized and moving forward. Her responsibilities span business administration, bookkeeping, invoicing, logistics, quoting, and sales support, helping connect the many details that take a customer from an initial request through purchasing and delivery.

Mason McLeod

Marketing & Lead Generation Director

With a strong focus on understanding how industrial buyers search, research, and evaluate equipment, Mason works to connect Depureco’s technical expertise with the manufacturers and facilities that need it most. He is closely involved in developing industry-specific campaigns, improving the customer journey and identifying new market opportunities.

William Crossett

Engineer & Sales Manager

Will leads sales efforts at Depureco USA with a strong focus on understanding each customer’s application before recommending equipment. Rather than approaching industrial vacuum sales as a simple product selection process, Will works closely with customers to understand the material being collected, production environment, operating requirements, filtration needs, and overall process.

Marketing Specialist

NK supports digital growth initiatives at Depureco USA, combining hands-on website work, content development, market research, lead generation, and media support. His role helps turn Depureco’s products, technical knowledge, and real-world applications into resources that customers can more easily find, understand, and use.
