The TB is a compact industrial vacuum cleaner built for operations that need real three-phase performance in a smaller footprint. Designed for production areas, machine-side cleanup, and fine dust recovery, it combines a compact frame with a side channel blower for reliable suction and lower-maintenance continuous operation. That makes it a strong fit for users looking for a three-phase industrial vacuum that can work in tighter spaces without stepping up to a much larger platform.
Inside the filter chamber, the TB uses a large-surface polyester filter certified as M Class, designed to capture particles down to 1 micron and support fine dust collection in demanding industrial environments. Depending on the application, the machine can also be configured with alternative media including Teflon water-repellent filters, Nomex filters for temperatures up to 482°F, and PTFE-treated filters for finer or more adhesive dust. An optional H14 absolute filter is also available when added downstream filtration is needed. These options help position the TB not just as a compact vacuum, but as a more adaptable industrial vacuum for fine dust and specialty dust conditions.
For day-to-day use, the TB includes a manual shaker cleaning system that lets the operator clear dust from the filter quickly and keep airflow more consistent during work. Collected material drops into a detachable 12-gallon container mounted on wheels for easier removal and disposal. Disposable collection bags can also be used, and a floating device can be added for safer liquid recovery when the application requires it. On-page, that makes the TB easier to position around compact industrial cleanup, fine dust control, and continuous-duty use rather than as just another generic three-phase vacuum.
The suction mechanism of the vacuum utilizes a side channel blower with a direct connection between the motor and impeller. This side channel blower incorporates a safety valve, ensuring the utmost safety during continuous operation, without the need for maintenance.
The filtration process is effectively maintained by a polyester filter certified as M Class. Its unique star-shaped design enables the passage of air even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter's textile material adheres to M Class standards (BIA | En 60335-2-69), effectively trapping particles as small as 1 micron. This ensures the protection of both the motors and the operator in close proximity to the vacuum cleaner.
On one side of the filtration chamber there is an ergonomic manual shaker that permits to clean the filter easily and quickly, removing the dust and debris from the filter surface. Thanks to this smart cleaning system the operator can carry on working without changing or washing the filter.
The gathered material is stored within a robust steel container. Positioned at the rear of the vacuum cleaner, a metal handle allows for easy lowering of the bin. To facilitate effortless mobility, the container is equipped with four industrial wheels that pivot. Each wheel is securely positioned on a reinforced support, ensuring optimal stability even when the container is fully loaded and being moved.
