The TB is Depureco’s compact side-channel industrial vacuum for production areas that need continuous-duty suction in a smaller mobile footprint. It is designed for dry industrial cleanup, machine-side recovery, fine dust, powders, chips, shavings, granules and light production debris where a single-purpose janitorial vacuum is not enough and a larger three-phase platform may be unnecessary.
The TB22 configuration uses 480 V three-phase power with a side-channel blower rated at 180 CFM and 83 inH2O continuous vacuum. The TB18M configuration is available for facilities that need the smaller TB platform with a different electrical setup. Both configurations use a 2.75-in inlet, pressure relief valve protection, a 12-gal detachable steel collection bin and a 2,500 in² M-Class polyester star filter with manual shaker cleaning.
Filter and collection options should be matched to the application. Available configurations may include Teflon water-repellent media, Nomex media for high-temperature dust, PTFE-treated media for finer or more adhesive dust, antistatic media, disposable collection bags and optional H14 absolute filtration. A floating device can also be reviewed when occasional liquid recovery is required.
The TB uses a side-channel blower with direct coupling between the motor and impeller. This design supports continuous-duty use in compact production cleanup, machine-side recovery and dry material collection. A pressure relief valve is included to help protect the blower during restricted suction conditions.
A 2,500 in² polyester star filter classified as M Class under EN 60335-2-69 provides the primary filtration stage. The star-filter design gives the TB a large filtration surface inside a compact chamber for fine dust, powders, chips, shavings and dry debris recovery.
The side-mounted manual filter shaker lets the operator dislodge dust from the filter surface as part of routine use. This helps restore airflow without removing or washing the filter after every cleaning cycle.
Collected material drops into a detachable painted-steel bin mounted on pivoting wheels. The 12-gal collection bin keeps the TB compact while still supporting routine cleanup, machine-side debris recovery and dry material disposal.
