The SWAN pharmaceutical industrial vacuum is built to capture fine dry powders, recover process dust, collect granules, and remove production residue in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, packaging, and OEM environments. Its compact wheeled platform uses a three-phase side-channel blower for sustained production duty, with a pressure-relief valve and integrated silencer supporting reliable operation.
A tangential inlet and cyclonic effect help incoming material lose velocity and drop toward the detachable collection bin before fine particulate reaches the primary filter as directly. This is particularly useful for powder and mixed dry-material applications where filter loading can drive maintenance and downtime.
Primary filtration uses a large-area M-Class polyester star filter with manual shaker cleaning. Application-specific options include antistatic, PTFE, and other filter media, plus optional H14 final filtration. An optional automatic reverse-jet cleaning system can be evaluated for higher dust loading and production-duty applications.
The detachable 13-gal collection bin lowers for removal and emptying. AISI 304 stainless bin, chamber, and frame configurations are available depending on the selected option package.
SWAN is a strong fit for pharmaceutical powders, APIs, excipients, tablet dust, nutraceutical ingredients, food powders, granules, process dust, machine-side cleanup, and batch-changeover residue. Material hazards, product-contact requirements, containment objectives, and GMP or validation expectations should be reviewed before configuration.

A direct-coupled side-channel blower provides sustained three-phase suction for production-duty powder and dust recovery. The suction unit includes a pressure-relief valve to protect the blower under restricted-flow conditions, while the integrated metal silencer helps reduce operating noise.

A large-area polyester star filter provides M-Class primary filtration for fine dry particulate. The pleated geometry maintains substantial filter surface inside a compact chamber, while application-specific options can include antistatic, PTFE, and other filter media plus optional H14 final filtration.

Incoming material enters tangentially to promote a cyclonic effect inside the collection chamber. Heavier particles and granules can lose velocity and drop toward the bin before reaching the primary filter as directly, helping reduce unnecessary filter loading in mixed powder and dry-solids applications.

Collected material drops into a 13-gal removable bin. A front lever lowers and releases the container for extraction and emptying, while ergonomic handles support handling during disposal or process cleanup. AISI 304 stainless collection and machine-structure options are available by configuration.
