The AC 100 Z2-22 is a pneumatic hazardous-dust vacuum built for combustible dust housekeeping, dry powder recovery, grounded antistatic cleanup, and production-floor dust control where compressed-air operation is preferred over an electric suction motor.
Instead of using an electric motor, the AC 100 Z2-22 uses a Venturi suction system powered by compressed air. This makes it a strong fit for facilities reviewing ignition-source control, hazardous-zone cleanup, combustible dust housekeeping, and dry powder collection in areas where electric vacuum equipment may not be the preferred choice.
The AC 100 Z2-22 delivers 380 CFM maximum airflow with 200 inH2O maximum vacuum, a 3.25-inch inlet, 70 dB(A) noise level, and a 26-gal AISI 304 stainless steel collection bin. The tangential inlet and welded cyclone help direct material into the bin before it reaches the filter, reducing filter loading during dry dust and powder recovery.
Filtration is handled by an antistatic polyester M-Class star filter with 3,800 in² of surface area and manual filter cleaning. Optional H14 secondary filtration can be specified when the material, exposure concern, or facility procedure requires a higher-efficiency final filter stage.
Final AC 100 Z2-22 selection should be matched to the material, SDS, dust hazard, area classification, compressed-air supply, grounding path, hose and accessory conductivity, filter package, collection method, and disposal procedure.

The AC 100 Z2-22 uses compressed air and a Venturi suction system instead of an electric motor, making it a strong fit where air-powered hazardous-dust cleanup is preferred.

The antistatic polyester M-Class star filter provides 3,800 in² of primary filter surface for dry dust and powder recovery. Optional H14 secondary filtration can be specified where required.

The tangential inlet and welded cyclone help slow incoming material and direct dust or powder into the collection bin before it reaches the filter.

A detachable 26-gal AISI 304 stainless steel bin supports larger-volume dry dust and powder collection, with wheels for easier handling and disposal.
