Dust collectors are commonly used in centralized systems to efficiently filter and collect dust particles, including very fine ones. DV-AIR Flow stands out as a high-flow air filter unit that excels in this task. It enables simultaneous operation at multiple points in the production process, accommodating different collection points. The filter unit contains four large surface filter cartridges made of antistatic polyester. These cartridges are M class certified and have a filtration efficiency of 1 micron, ensuring safe removal of electrostatically charged dust. Additionally, the cartridges can be protected by a removable sock, safeguarding them during the aspiration of solid or granular components. Maintenance of the filters is made easy with a convenient side window. To enhance productivity and facilitate unloading into Big-bags, the DV AIR unit can be equipped with various automatic pneumatic unloading systems.
