The DV-AIR 800 is a filtration unit designed for centralized vacuum systems, enabling efficient cleaning of production lines, floors, and equipment both during and after the manufacturing process, as well as in continuous operation. These centralized systems allow multiple operators to work simultaneously across different areas of a facility, efficiently transporting large volumes of material over long distances. In industries such as cereal processing, they help remove bulk materials from machinery, preventing downtime and ensuring smooth operations. With its adaptable design and advanced dry filtration system—available with cartridges or sleeves—the DV-AIR 800 effectively captures solid particles, even in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The DV-AIR features a reverse pulse jet cleaning system powered by compressed air (6 bar). Two independent, electrically controlled valves alternate to clean the filters, allowing continuous operation without downtime. This system is highly effective, particularly for capturing fine and challenging dust. Additionally, each cartridge is fitted with a protective sock to prevent granules and solid particles from getting trapped between the pleats, ensuring optimal filtration performance.
The DV-AIR is equipped with a central inspection door for easy access to the filtering cartridges. This design eliminates the need to remove the top cover of the chamber, streamlining maintenance and simplifying cartridge replacement and inspection.
