The M100 LP vacuum cleaner stands as the epitome of power within Depureco’s single-phase industrial vacuum range. Its exceptional performance is derived from the presence of 3 By-Pass motors, granting it an impressive power output of 3.3 HP. Designed to excel across diverse conditions, the M100 LP effortlessly tackles dust, shavings, and challenging materials, accommodating pipes of several meters in length.
Equipped with a sturdy polyester pocket filter boasting a generous surface area of 3720.01 in2, this vacuum cleaner bears the esteemed M Class certification by BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit), attesting to its remarkable filtration efficiency of 1µ. Moreover, the filter can be tailored to suit specific applications, with options such as anti-static filters to combat electrostatic charges and PTFE nanotechnology-treated filters for the most demanding dust particles.
For optimal performance maintenance, the M100 LP industrial vacuum integrates a user-friendly manual filter cleaning system. With a convenient lever situated on the vacuum’s side, the filter can be effortlessly shaken to dislodge and remove accumulated debris.
Furthermore, the M100 LP vacuum cleaner incorporates a direct bagging system, streamlining the disposal process by allowing materials to be bagged directly without manual handling or transfer.
The suction power is generated by three independent by-pass motors, with each motor controlled by its own switch, granting the operator full control over the intake performance. Housed within a robust casing, the motors are further insulated with a sponge material to effectively minimize noise levels and maintain a quiet operating environment.
The filtration is ensured by a polyester filter classified as M Class, providing reliable performance. The unique star shape of the filter allows air to pass through smoothly, even when it becomes dirty. With its M Class classification (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), the filter effectively captures particles up to 1 micron in size, providing protection for both the motors and the operator in the vicinity of the vacuum cleaner.
Located on one side of the filter chamber, an ergonomic manual shaker is designed for effortless and prompt cleaning of the filter by the operator. This convenient feature allows for the easy removal of dust and debris from the filter's surface. With this intelligent cleaning system in place, the operator can continue working without the need to replace or wash the filter, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
The gathered material is securely stored within a durable plastic bag known as Longopac®. This bag, with a length of 787,402 in, is conveniently rolled up at the base of the filter chamber. When the vacuum cleaner is turned off, the collected material effortlessly descends into the bag. Once the bag reaches its capacity, the operator can easily seal it, cut it off, and safely store the accumulated dust. This process allows for a seamless transition to a fresh bag without any direct contact between the operator and the collected material.
