The HF300 is an optimal solution for effectively collecting trimmings, swarf, dust, and other solid materials in a fixed location. Its powerful side channel turbine, located on top of the vacuum, ensures exceptional performance even when connected to long pipe systems. The vacuum comes equipped with an M Class filter (with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron) and a convenient filter shaker as standard features. Additionally, depending on the specific application, alternative filters such as Teflon water-repellent filters, Nomex 250°C resistant filters, and filters treated with PTFE for binding and challenging dust are available. Upon request, the unit can be fitted with an H14 absolute filter. The collected material in the collection cone is automatically discharged when the vacuum is turned off, thanks to a weighted vane located at the bottom. If needed, an electrical panel for remote control management, level sensor, and other automatic systems can also be installed.
The suction unit is a MADE IN ITALY side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve to guarantee a totally safe continuous work, without any maintenance.
The filtration is guaranteed by an M class polyester filter. The star shape enables air to flow through the filter even when it is dirty. The fabric of the filter is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69). This means that all particles till 1 micron are stopped by the filter so as to protect the blower and the operator around the vacuum cleaner.
The tangential inlet is designed to ease the process of pushing the material down the bin. A sturdy metal cyclone welded inside the chamber slows the material's entry speed considerably down so that it falls directly inside the bin. This way, the filter is efficiently protected, minimizing clogging risk.
