SP Reverse-Jet Cleaning
13,950 in²
Big-Bag / Container Discharge
The Filtering Pre-Separator 450 is an industrial filtering separator designed for central vacuum systems that collect dust, powders, solids, and production debris at higher volumes. Installed between the pickup points and the main suction unit, it helps separate and filter material before it reaches the vacuum producer, reducing filter stress on the main system and supporting more stable airflow across the central vacuum line.
The 450 uses M-Class antistatic polyester cartridge filters with 13,950 in² of filter surface area. This high-surface-area cartridge configuration is designed for fine dust and dry material collection where a standard cyclone or interceptor may not provide enough filtration before the vacuum unit.
The separator can be paired with the SP – 3C – 14,000 automatic reverse-jet cleaning system, which cleans the cartridges with compressed-air pulses. This allows the separator to maintain filtration performance during operation and reduce manual filter maintenance in demanding central vacuum applications.
For collected material discharge, the Filtering Pre-Separator 450 can be configured for unloading into Big-Bags, open-top containers, process belts, or downstream material-handling workflows. This makes it a strong option for central vacuum systems in manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical processing, bulk powder handling, woodworking, abrasive recovery, and combustible dust housekeeping applications where material separation, filter protection, and disposal workflow matter.
The Filtering Pre-Separator 450 uses M-Class antistatic polyester cartridge filters with 13,950 in² of filter surface area. This helps capture fine dust and dry material before it reaches the central vacuum producer.
The separator can be equipped with the SP – 3C – 14,000 automatic reverse-jet cleaning system. Compressed-air pulses clean the cartridge filters during operation, helping maintain airflow and reduce manual filter maintenance.
Installed upstream of the suction unit, the 450 separates dust, powders, and solids before they enter the main vacuum system. This helps reduce filter loading, protect the vacuum producer, and improve system performance in high-dust applications.
Collected material can be discharged into Big-Bags, open-top containers, process belts, or other downstream handling workflows. This gives facilities more flexibility when collecting larger volumes of dust, powders, or dry production debris.
