The BF is a compact industrial vacuum designed for machine vacuuming. This vacuum cleaner, part of the compact pharma range, is equipped with a side-channel blower that enables continuous operation without maintenance requirements. The type of filter used, whether a polyester bag or cartridge, depends on the material being vacuumed. A robust deflector is integrated into the metal inset to ensure the filter’s longevity. Thank s to the stainless steel container, the UPF industrial vacuum facilitates the efficient collection and disposal of the vacuumed material.
The suction unit of this vacuum cleaner features a side channel blower that directly connects the motor and impeller. To ensure safe and uninterrupted operation, the side channel blower is equipped with a safety valve, eliminating the need for maintenance. Additionally, a metal silencer is integrated into the blower to effectively reduce noise levels and maintain a quiet operation.
The filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filter.
At the front of the machine, a metal nozzle serves as the entry point for the vacuumed material. Inside the nozzle, a deflector is positioned to reduce the speed of the material, creating a cyclone effect within the bin. This design ensures a longer lifespan for the filter and significantly reduces the probability of clogging.
The vacuum cleaner comes with a sturdy plug as a standard feature, which is IP 55 certified. It also includes a convenient phase inversion system that can be easily activated by turning a screwdriver.
