Longopac
The M100 JC TAN LP is a high-airflow, single-phase dust extractor for fine, dry industrial dust. It combines three independently controlled motors with a tangential cyclone inlet, JetClean® filter cleaning and Longopac® continuous bagging.
The tangential inlet slows incoming material and helps reduce direct dust loading on the filter. Longopac® allows operators to seal, cut and remove collected material with less direct contact.

The M100 JC TAN LP can be configured with the filtration, hose and tools required for the application. This standard model is not rated for explosive or combustible dust.
The suction power is generated by three independent by-pass motors, with each motor controlled by its own switch, granting the operator full control over the intake performance. Housed within a robust casing, the motors are further insulated with a sponge material to effectively minimize noise levels and maintain a quiet operating environment.
The filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filtering cartridge. The cartridge is made to ensure large filter surface in a compact space. This way air can pass through when the filter is dirty too. The filter is M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certified. It stops the particles till 1 micron, preserving the motors and the operator.
Depureco has incorporated a cutting-edge cleaning system called JetClean® into this vacuum cleaner. This innovative system takes advantage of the pressure differential between the vacuum cleaner's exterior and interior, creating a powerful jet flow within the cartridge. This jet flow effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter. This process ensures fast and efficient cleaning of the filter during operation, eliminating the need to halt the motors.
The gathered material is securely stored within a durable plastic bag known as Endless Bag. This bag, with a length of 787,402 in, is conveniently rolled up at the base of the filter chamber. When the vacuum cleaner is turned off, the collected material effortlessly descends into the bag. Once the bag reaches its capacity, the operator can easily seal it, cut it off, and safely store the accumulated dust. This process allows for a seamless transition to a fresh bag without any direct contact between the operator and the collected material.
