The M 100 Jet Clean® LP stands out as the most dominant single-phase cyclonic industrial vacuum cleaner within Depureco’s product lineup. With the utilization of 3 By-Pass motors, it achieves an astonishing power output of 3.3 HP. The M100 Jet Clean® industrial vacuum cleaner is capable of operating under any circumstances, effectively handling dust, chips, liquids, and challenging materials through hoses extending several meters. This vacuum cleaner comes equipped with a standard PTFE filter, certified as Class M by the BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit), providing a filtration efficiency of 1 µ. To clean the filter, the JetClean® system utilizes the pressure difference between the vacuum cleaner’s interior and exterior. The tangential inlet and protective jacket of the filter cartridge effectively harness the cyclonic effect of dust, slowing it down and directing it to settle inside the container, thus safeguarding the filter. The M 100 Jet Clean® LP vacuum cleaner also incorporates a Longopac system, where the vacuumed material is automatically enclosed within a robust, transparent disposable plastic bag. The operator can determine the bag’s volume, seal it, and cut it without any direct contact with the suctioned material. This feature ensures the operator’s safety when working with fine and hazardous powders.
The suction power is generated by three independent by-pass motors, with each motor controlled by its own switch, granting the operator full control over the intake performance. Housed within a robust casing, the motors are further insulated with a sponge material to effectively minimize noise levels and maintain a quiet operating environment.
The filtration is guaranteed by a sturdy polyester filtering cartridge. The cartridge is made to ensure large filter surface in a compact space. This way air can pass through when the filter is dirty too. The filter is M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certified. It stops the particles till 1 micron, preserving the motors and the operator.
Depureco has incorporated a cutting-edge cleaning system called JetClean® into this vacuum cleaner. This innovative system takes advantage of the pressure differential between the vacuum cleaner's exterior and interior, creating a powerful jet flow within the cartridge. This jet flow effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter. This process ensures fast and efficient cleaning of the filter during operation, eliminating the need to halt the motors.
The gathered material is securely stored within a durable plastic bag known as Longopac®. This bag, with a length of 787,402 in, is conveniently rolled up at the base of the filter chamber. When the vacuum cleaner is turned off, the collected material effortlessly descends into the bag. Once the bag reaches its capacity, the operator can easily seal it, cut it off, and safely store the accumulated dust. This process allows for a seamless transition to a fresh bag without any direct contact between the operator and the collected material.
