The HF stationary central vacuum is built for engineered centralized vacuum systems where a facility needs fixed pickup points, longer conveying distances, repeated cleanup zones or process material recovery from production areas, machines, rooms, floors or multiple work cells.
Rather than moving a portable vacuum from area to area, HF can serve as the suction source and filtration/separation point for a fixed-piping system. It is selected when the application requires a central vacuum unit that can be matched to the required airflow, vacuum level, pipe diameter, hose length, pickup tools, number of use points, material type and collection workflow.
HF uses three-phase side-channel blower technology for continuous-duty central vacuum applications. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can prioritize higher airflow, higher vacuum, longer conveying runs, heavier material recovery or more demanding plant cleanup requirements.
HF is a strong fit for dry dust, powders, process debris, packaging waste, wood dust, chips, shavings, abrasive media and other application-approved dry materials. Filtration, filter cleaning, discharge method, controls and containment options should be selected by application.
Final HF selection should account for the material, pickup points, piping layout, hose length, airflow requirement, vacuum requirement, filter loading, collection volume, discharge method, duty cycle, grounding needs and any combustible-dust or classified-location requirements.
