The BL 45 JC Z22 Brushless industrial vacuum cleaner is an ATEX Z22 certified vacuum designed for industrial use. It utilizes a high-performance Brushless motor for quiet yet powerful suction. This vacuum cleaner features a large surface filter, certified as class M, with a filtration efficiency of up to 1 micron. Upon request, an optional H14 absolute filter can be installed to capture even the finest dust particles. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a semi-automatic JetClean® filter cleaning system, allowing the filter to be cleaned without interrupting the suction process. The collected material is stored in a 12 gallons container made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is mounted on wheels for easy mobility.
The suction mechanism of this vacuum cleaner utilizes a high-powered brushless motor, designed to operate continuously. The motor head incorporates two filters: one that safeguards the motor itself and another placed on the air outlet. Notably, the expelled air is completely free of carbon emissions.
A durable polyester filtering cartridge ensures reliable filtration, with a design that allows for a large filter surface area within a compact space. This design enables the passage of air even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter holds an M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69) certification, effectively capturing particles up to 1 micron in size, thereby protecting both the motors and the operator from potential damage or harm.
The collected material is stored in a container made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which features a metal handle allowing for detachment from the machine. This design consideration aims to prevent the occurrence of sparks resulting from electrostatic charge. Additionally, the container is equipped with four robust pivoting wheels, enabling effortless mobility for the purpose of disposing of the collected material.
The vacuum cleaner features an innovative filter cleaning system called JetClean®, developed by Depureco. This system utilizes the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the vacuum cleaner to generate a powerful air jet. As the air jet passes through the cartridge, it effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter. This process ensures fast and efficient filter cleaning while the vacuuming operations continue without any interruption.
