The M100 LP TAN industrial vacuum is a high-airflow, single-phase system built to capture fine dry dust, recover powders, collect shavings, and remove production debris. Three independently switched by-pass motors let operators stage suction output to the task, with up to 336 CFM maximum airflow and 98 inH₂O maximum vacuum on the current U.S. configuration.
Unlike the standard M100 LP, the TAN version uses a tangential inlet to promote cyclonic material drop-out. Heavier particles, shavings, granules, and mixed dry debris can lose velocity before reaching the primary filter as directly, making the TAN configuration particularly useful where fine dust is collected with larger dry solids.
Primary filtration uses a large-area polyester M-Class star filter with a side-mounted manual shaker for filter cleaning. Application-specific options can include antistatic and PTFE-based media plus optional HEPA H14 final filtration.
Collected material drops into a continuous 20 m / 65.6 ft Longopac® liner. Operators can seal, cut, and remove the filled section, then advance fresh liner for the next cycle, reducing open-bin transfer of fine dry material.
The M100 LP TAN is a strong fit for fine dust recovery, industrial powder cleanup, machine-side collection, dry shavings, light chips, abrasive residue, trim, and recurring production housekeeping. Combustible, reactive, hot, wet, toxic, or classified-location applications should be reviewed before configuration.

Three independently switched by-pass motors let the operator stage suction output to the task. Run one, two, or all three motors as pickup demand changes. The enclosed motor head supports a compact single-phase platform for high-airflow production cleanup, machine-side recovery, and mobile industrial vacuuming.

A large-area polyester M-Class star filter captures fine dry particulate while the tangential inlet promotes cyclonic drop-out of heavier material before it reaches the primary filter as directly. Application-specific options can include antistatic and PTFE-based media, with optional HEPA H14 final filtration where required.

Use the side-mounted manual shaker to dislodge accumulated dust from the primary filter surface and restore performance as loading increases. Cleaning frequency should be based on the collected material, operating duty, filter loading, and the machine’s operating instructions.

Collected dry material drops into a continuous 20-meter / 65.6-foot Longopac® liner. Tie, seal, and cut off the filled section, then advance fresh liner for the next collection cycle. This reduces open-bin transfer and supports cleaner sectional removal of fine dust and dry process material.

Automatic reverse jet cleaning system. Antistatic M class filter (EN-60335-2-69), 3x Polyester filter cartridges, 14,000 in² filter surface.
