The M100 AM metal powder vacuum is built for conductive metal dust, additive manufacturing powder recovery, and combustible metal powder cleanup where dry collection is not the right workflow. Recovered powder is pulled into an inert-liquid collection bin to help reduce ignition risk during collection and handling.
Powered by three by-pass motors, the M100 AM delivers 336 CFM of airflow and 98 inH2O of maximum vacuum on standard 120V single-phase power. The 26-gallon stainless steel collection bin includes an inspection window, liquid discharge valve, patented quick-release suction inlet, and complete grounding of the unit.
Inside the collection system, a metal grid helps capture sparks while a separation filter helps separate recovered powder from the inert liquid. The vacuum is equipped with M Class antistatic polyester filtration, with an optional H14 absolute filter for applications that require higher-efficiency final filtration.
The M100 AM is a strong fit for additive manufacturing, 3D printing powder recovery, powder bed fusion cleanup, conductive metal dust collection, aluminum powder handling, titanium powder recovery, and other ignition-sensitive fine powder applications. Always confirm the required configuration with your facility’s dust hazard analysis, EHS team, and applicable combustible dust requirements.

The M100 AM uses three powerful by-pass motors on 120V single-phase power, delivering 336 CFM airflow and 98 inH2O maximum vacuum for conductive metal powder recovery and additive manufacturing cleanup.

Filtration is ensured by a durable polyester cartridge filter. This cartridge is designed to maintain a large filter surface area within a compact space, allowing air to flow through even when the filter is dirty. The filter is certified class H (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), protecting both the motors and the operator.

The container is IIIC-certified and features a conductive metal powder inerting oil bath system. It includes various filtration levels to ensure maximum safety across all areas of application.

A standard hydrogen vent and pressure relief valve help release gases that may accumulate inside the vacuum during the inerting process.
