The UPF Ultra-Compact Industrial Vacuum is a compact horizontal industrial vacuum designed for machine-side suction, process integration, and stationary dust or powder recovery. It is part of Depureco’s compact pharma and OEM vacuum range and is built for production areas where a smaller footprint is needed near packaging equipment, processing machines, filling lines, trimming stations, or other material-generating equipment.
The UPF uses a side-channel blower to provide continuous-duty suction for dry dust, powders, and light process debris. This blower design is well suited for fixed or semi-fixed machine vacuuming because it can run for long periods without relying on brush-style vacuum motors. A safety valve helps protect the blower, while the integrated silencer helps reduce operating noise.
Filtration is handled by an M-Class polyester star filter with 1,240 in² of filter surface area. The filter supports reliable dry material collection while helping protect the blower and downstream airflow path. A metal inlet deflector slows incoming material before it reaches the filter, creating a cyclone effect inside the collection area to help reduce filter loading and extend filter life.
The UPF uses a compact 5-gallon stainless steel collection bin for efficient material disposal. Its low-profile horizontal design makes it a strong option for food production, pharmaceutical processing, packaging, OEM machinery, powder handling, machine-side dust recovery, and production environments where floor space is limited.
