IMPROVE EFFICIENCY IN PRODUCTION PLANTS
Depureco’s Centralized Vacuum Systems deliver high-volume suction networks—tailored to your facility—that extract everything from fine chemical particulates to food particles, paper debris, welding fumes, and beyond. With single-phase and three-phase high-power units, multi-stage filtration, and flexible piping, our turnkey vacuum and collection solutions improve air quality, reduce downtime, and simplify maintenance across any environment.
When it comes to large workplaces and production areas requiring extensive vacuuming across multiple locations and levels simultaneously, nothing beats the effectiveness of a centralized vacuum system. Depureco’s cutting-edge solution allows for material extraction from various points within the company, including integrated machinery, and conveniently collects it all in a centralized location for hassle-free disposal or recovery.
Whether you need to capture metal chips from CNC machining, fine silica dust in flooring operations, or welding fumes on a shipyard assembly floor, our turnkey solutions:
Serve Multiple Operators Simultaneously: Engineered piping networks and high-power suction units allow operators to draw vacuum from multiple inlets without loss of performance.
Ensure Maximum Plant Cleanliness & Safety: Integrated dust-collection and filtration stages remove fine particulates, improving air quality and reducing combustible dust risks.
Offer Fully Customizable Layouts: From single-phase light-duty units for small workshops to three-phase high-power collectors for heavy-industrial shipyards, Depureco designs each system around your facility’s footprint, suction requirements, and material disposal workflow.
Streamline Maintenance & Material Recovery: Centralized collection into big bags or conveyor-fed hoppers means no more handling individual vacuum canisters—minimizing downtime and simplifying waste/recovery processes.
A central vacuum system comprises three essential elements: the suction unit, filter unit, and components. The suction unit generates powerful suction, capable of effectively removing debris and particles from various locations. The filter unit ensures optimal air quality by trapping dust and contaminants, while the components connect the system, enabling seamless operation and efficient material collection throughout the facility. Together, these elements form a robust and reliable centralized vacuum system for industrial applications.
Depureco Industrial Vacuums engineers, produces and installs customized vacuum systems from A to Z.
At the heart of every Depureco Central Vacuum System lies the suction unit, the high-capacity motorized module responsible for delivering consistent, powerful suction (250–3,000 CFM, 3 – 30 HP) to support multi-point extraction across your facility. Choose from single-phase units (3 – 10 HP) for lighter-duty needs—ideal for laboratories, offices, or small workshops—to three-phase high-power units (15 – 30 HP) engineered for heavy industrial, food-processing, or chemical applications. Each suction unit features IE3 motors and optional VFD control for precise vacuum modulation, while low-noise and explosion-proof configurations ensure compliance with NFPA 652, ATEX, and OSHA standards when handling combustible dust or volatile particulates. Integrated inlet flanges and quick-connect fittings feed a network of galvanized or stainless-steel piping, directing both air and collected material toward the suction unit’s intake. This robust design delivers uninterrupted airflow, prevents pressure drop—even with multiple operators in simultaneous use—and maintains a clean, dust-free work environment.
Multiple filtration elements designed to separate the collected material from air. Once separated, the material falls into the collection system, consisting of a steel bin, big bags or customised handling solutions. Integrated within centralized vacuum units, these filtration and collection units play a vital role to make the cental vacuum efficient and productive.
Wide range of components and optionals to cover every safety, footprint need. Available in several diameters, coated or stainless steel.
The compartmentalization valve is used to isolate a potential explosion and prevent it from spreading from the vacuum to the suction pipe. Equipped with an advanced electronic sensor, the device detects an imminent explosion in the suction unit, minimizing the risk of deflagration due to propagation between interconnected equipment in the production process.
The explosion panel is a vent device, designed to break at a given pressure. In this way, the fire front and the explosive pressure will be vented to a safe area, where there is no presence of people.
The paramount consideration in designing, constructing, and installing a centralized vacuum system is its adaptability to future usage scenarios and adherence to environmental considerations.
When dealing with fine or combustible dust, safety is a top priority. Our centralized vacuum systems can be equipped with antistatic filters, dual-stage filtration, and grounding to minimize risks. These features prevent electrostatic buildup, enhance dust containment, and ensure compliance with safety standards—making them the ideal choice for demanding industrial environments.
The composition of a centralized vacuum cleaner system are tailored to the unique requirements of the work environment, encompassing factors such as the area’s size, the nature of pollutants, and the necessary vacuuming power.
Explosion-proof centralized vacuum systems provide a robust solution for industries handling flammable or explosive materials. These specialized systems are designed in conformity with NFPA strict regulations with stringent safety measures and components to prevent the ignition of hazardous substances. With their reliable construction and advanced features, explosion-proof centralized vacuum systems offer peace of mind, ensuring worker safety and compliance with industry regulations.
