The vacuum unit uses a side channel blower directly connected to the motor shaft, ensuring efficient power transmission. To guarantee uninterrupted and maintenance-free operation, a safety valve is integrated into the system. A standard metal muffler is also included to minimize operating noise.
Air filtration is handled by M-class polyester cartridge filters (rated for 1-micron efficiency) with a large surface area. This high-capacity design ensures consistent airflow, even when the filters begin to accumulate dust.
The high-capacity hydraulic hopper is designed to handle and store substantial amounts of heavy material. It supports multiple discharge options, making it adaptable to a wide range of operational requirements.
The unit can be easily transported to any job site when mounted on a trailer. *Trailer sold separately.
