DV-AIR WB is the filtering unit for centralized suction systems, ideal for operating in several points of the company at the same time, with different operators, and moving large quantities of material over long distances. It stands out for its exceptional filtration capacity, with a side window that allows for quick and easy filter maintenance.
The DV-AIR features a reverse pulse jet cleaning system powered by compressed air (6 bar). Two independent, electrically controlled valves alternate to clean the filters, allowing continuous operation without downtime. This system is highly effective, particularly for capturing fine and challenging dust. Additionally, each cartridge is fitted with a protective sock to prevent granules and solid particles from getting trapped between the pleats, ensuring optimal filtration performance.
The DV-AIR is equipped with a central inspection door for easy access to the filtering cartridges. This design eliminates the need to remove the top cover of the chamber, streamlining maintenance and simplifying cartridge replacement and inspection.
This unit performs filtration and collection function, but requires coupling with an external vacuum unit.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the bin can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
