Depureco M100 TAN mobile vacuum suctioning metal chips and swarf from CNC shop floor — high-lift, manual filter shaker for extended performance.

POWER

2.4 kW | 3.3 HP

SURFACE

3,800 in²

CAPACITY

26 gal

The M100 TAN combines the proven performance of the M100 with a tangential inlet and cyclone that help slow incoming material and direct heavier debris into the collection bin. This makes it especially effective for collecting dust, shavings, chips, granules, and other mixed dry debris.

Powered by three independently controlled bypass motors, the M100 TAN delivers up to 3.3 HP, 326 CFM, and 98 inH₂O of maximum vacuum from a 120V single-phase power supply. A large 3,800 in² M-Class polyester filter, manual filter shaker, and 26-gallon detachable collection bin provide reliable performance for demanding industrial cleanup and material recovery applications.

The TAN configuration is especially useful when heavier solids are collected alongside dust and finer debris, making it a practical choice for routine cleanup, material recovery, and production-area maintenance where effective separation and high-capacity collection are important.

HIGHLIGHTS
SUCTION UNIT (3 PHASE)

SUCTION UNIT

Three bypass motors create the vacuum, and each motor can be controlled separately using an individual switch, allowing the operator to adjust the suction power. The motors are enclosed in a robust housing that contains a sound-absorbing sponge to ensure a quiet operation.

FILTER WITH SHAKER

FILTERING ELEMENT

An M class polyester filter ensures effective filtration. Its unique star-shaped design allows air to pass through even when the filter is dirty. The filter fabric is classified as M Class according to BIA | EN 60335-2-69 standards. This classification means that the filter can capture particles up to 1 micron in size, providing protection for both the motors and the operator using the vacuum cleaner.

Tangential inlet and cyclone

TANGENTIAL INLET WITH CYCLONIC SEPARATION

The TAN inlet + cyclone creates a cyclonic airflow that slows incoming material and helps heavier particles, chips, shavings, and debris drop into the collection bin before reaching the primary filter. This helps improve material separation and reduce direct filter loading during demanding industrial cleanup applications.

COLLECTION BIN

COLLECTION BIN

The debris is accumulated within a painted container that is equipped with a metal handle, allowing for easy detachment from the machine. The container is supported by four swiveling wheels, enabling effortless mobility and emptying. Each wheel is reinforced to ensure optimal stability when handling the bin.
