Yes, the MINIBULL platform can be configured for wet and dry industrial cleanup.

The standard MINIBULL is primarily specified for dust and solids in intermittent use, while an optional wet/dry collection configuration is available with a bin inlet and floating device for liquid pickup. Wet/dry floor tools and hose kits are also available for applications that require recovery of suitable liquids as well as dry debris.

This makes the MINIBULL useful for maintenance teams that primarily collect dust and solids but also need occasional spill or liquid recovery from floors, machinery, and work areas.

The MINIBULL should not automatically be treated as a dedicated sump vacuum. Applications centered on CNC coolant recovery, oil-and-chip separation, tank cleaning, or high-volume liquid transfer should instead be evaluated against Depureco’s dedicated OIL and RAM OIL models.

What does “bagless industrial vacuum” mean on the MINIBULL?

MINIBULL is described as a bagless industrial vacuum because its standard collection method uses a rigid detachable 12-gallon container rather than requiring a disposable vacuum bag as the primary collection vessel.

Collected dust and debris fall into the lower bin. When the container needs to be emptied, it can be detached from the vacuum and moved independently for disposal.

This provides a simple collection workflow for repeated industrial cleanup because operators do not have to replace a disposable bag every time the machine fills.

The maximum vacuum rating of 94 inH₂O describes suction pressure, or the machine’s ability to pull against resistance. Vacuum pressure becomes increasingly important when material is heavier, the pickup path creates resistance, or the vacuum is working through hoses and accessories.

MINIBULL uses two independently controlled by-pass motors, allowing the operator to run the machine with the suction level appropriate for the cleanup job.

What filtration comes standard on the MINIBULL, and is HEPA filtration available?

The standard MINIBULL uses a polyester star filter with approximately 2,500 in² of filter surface and an IFA/BGIA M-PES Class M classification under EN 60335-2-69.

This provides the primary filtration stage for routine industrial dust and debris recovery.

For applications requiring an additional high-efficiency filtration stage, an optional H14 HEPA secondary filter is available. The current U.S. H14 option uses fiberglass media with approximately 3,500 in² of filter surface.

Additional filter-media options include antistatic Class M, Teflon-treated MTF, Nomex, PTFE, and PTFE antistatic configurations. The correct filter should be selected according to particle size, dust adhesion, moisture, temperature, static characteristics, and the actual process requirements.

HEPA filtration should not be confused with explosion protection. Installing a HEPA or antistatic filter does not automatically make a standard MINIBULL suitable for combustible dust or a hazardous classified location.

Yes. The MINIBULL can be a good fit for light-to-medium recovery of dry metal chips, shavings, and suitable swarf around CNC machines and other metalworking equipment.

Choose the MINIBULL when compact size, maneuverability, standard single-phase power, and a smaller collection bin are more important than maximum airflow and capacity.

The MINIBULL uses two by-pass motors and provides 2.7 HP, 226 CFM, 94 inH₂O maximum vacuum, and a 12-gallon collection bin. Its smaller 22 × 25-inch footprint and 99-lb machine weight make it easier to move through tighter production and maintenance areas.
