This vacuum cleaner is powered by two parallel-operating By-Pass motors, ensuring optimal suction performance. The robust polyester M Class filter with a filtration efficiency of 1µ effectively captures even the finest dust particles. Additionally, this model offers the flexibility to install different filters based on specific application requirements. Options include Teflon water-repellent filters, Nomex filters resistant to temperatures up to 482°F, and filters treated with PTFE for effectively binding and handling challenging dust types.
To facilitate convenient disposal, this industrial vacuum is equipped with a spacious 12 gal detachable container, allowing the operator to easily empty the collected material. It also provides the option to use disposable collection bags for added convenience. Furthermore, for safe liquid vacuuming, a floating system can be incorporated within the container, ensuring efficient and secure operation.
Two by-pass motors create the suction in the vacuum. Each motor has its own switch, allowing the operator to regulate the intake power. The motors are housed in a durable casing and are accompanied by an insulating sponge to ensure a minimal noise level is maintained.
An M class polyester filter ensures effective filtration in the vacuum. The unique star shape of the filter allows air to pass through, even when it becomes dirty. The filter fabric is classified as M Class according to BIA and EN 60335-2-69 standards. This classification signifies that the filter effectively traps particles up to 1 micron in size, providing protection for the motors and the operator using the vacuum cleaner.
The filter chamber features an ergonomic manual shaker on one side, allowing the operator to conveniently and swiftly clean the filter by removing dust and debris from its surface. This intelligent cleaning system enables the operator to continue working without the need to replace or wash the filter.
The collected material is stored in a painted container that is equipped with a metal handle, allowing the bin to be detached from the machine. With the assistance of its four swiveling wheels, the bin can be effortlessly maneuvered and emptied.
