The XM 20 OVEN Oven Cleaning Vacuum Kit combines Depureco’s high-temperature XM 20 OVEN vacuum with the specialized Bakery Pro Kit to create a complete solution for commercial oven cleaning, flour dust extraction, and high-heat debris removal.
Built for demanding bakery environments, the XM 20 OVEN recovers hot crumbs, burnt flour, ash, and food residues directly from commercial deck, rack, and conveyor ovens. Heat-resistant filtration and dedicated accessories safely capture dry debris without damaging the unit, while the ergonomic collection container allows collected waste to be emptied quickly with minimal manual handling.
The 5.2-gallon collection capacity and high-temperature filtration system make the unit well suited for daily bakery sanitation, while the included Bakery Pro Kit provides the high-heat extension wands, specialized brushes, and oven nozzles needed for safe, thorough cleaning inside deep oven chambers.

Configure for the Cleanup

Connect the 2-inch Oil & Swarf PRO hose and pickup tool that best fits the sump, machine interior or floor area. Use the metal sieve basket alone for larger chips and swarf, or add the washable 150-micron liquid filter when finer particle capture is needed.

Vacuum Coolant, Chips & Sludge

Recover coolant or cutting oil together with chips, swarf, fines and settled machining sludge. The RAM 280 separates solid debris as material enters the system while the 74-gallon tank provides substantial liquid-recovery capacity.

Filter & Discharge While You Vacuum

Keep vacuuming while the external pump transfers separated coolant out of the RAM 280. Pump into a drum or holding tank during a full sump cleanout, or discharge directly back into the CNC tank during quicker maintenance cycles that focus on removing chips, swarf and settled debris.

Return Recovered Coolant

For a deeper tank clean, stage recovered coolant in a drum or in the RAM 280’s 74-gallon liquid tank while the sump is cleaned. When the tank is ready, place the suction hose into the recovered-fluid container and use the discharge system to transfer the coolant back into the CNC reservoir.
