The M 100 OIL industrial vacuum is specifically designed for effectively vacuuming and separating oil and swarf from tanks, tables, and guides of tooling machines. To ensure exceptional suction speed, the vacuum utilizes three motors operating in parallel. The vacuum cleaner’s container is equipped with a metal basket, which aids in separating solid particles from the liquid. For enhanced filtration, a 150-micron nylon filter is incorporated. To prevent overfilling, the floating level switch automatically stops the vacuum when the container reaches its maximum capacity of 26 liquid gallons of emulsified oil. An external level indicator is present on the container, providing a clear indication of the liquid volume inside the machine. Discharging is achieved through a 1″ manual ball valve located at the bottom of the container, utilizing gravity. The M 100 OIL industrial vacuum features wheels for easy mobility, and it can be lifted with a forklift, simplifying the process of emptying the collected material. This enables the liquid to be poured into a collection of sediment bins.
The suction power of the vacuum is produced by three by-pass motors. Each motor has its own switch, allowing the operator to regulate the intake performance. These motors are housed in a robust casing, which includes a sound-absorbing sponge to ensure a reduced noise level is maintained.
The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.
