The M100 OIL coolant sump vacuum is built for CNC machine maintenance where coolant, cutting oil, metal chips, swarf, fines, and sludge collect in machine tanks and sump areas. Its 26-gal liquid capacity and mobile design make it a practical fit for recurring batch cleanouts in machine shops, precision machining cells, tool-and-die operations, and other metalworking environments.
Three independently switched by-pass motors provide up to 326 CFM airflow and 98 inH₂O vacuum, allowing operators to stage suction for the cleanup task. Recovered liquid and solids pass through a separation system designed for mixed CNC sump waste rather than ordinary dry-debris pickup.
A metal separation basket captures chips and swarf, while a washable 150 µm PPL liquid filter provides finer liquid filtration. An included oil-proof cartridge helps protect the suction unit, and a floating stop helps prevent overfilling during liquid recovery.
After collection, recovered liquid discharges manually by gravity. This makes the M100 OIL a strong fit for mobile CNC sump cleanout, coolant and cutting-oil recovery, wet chip removal, swarf separation, and sludge cleanup where a straightforward batch-discharge workflow is preferred.
Common recovered materials include water-based coolant, cutting oil, tramp oil, wet metal chips, swarf, fines, sludge, and mixed liquid/solid waste. Any decision to reuse or dispose of recovered fluid should account for coolant chemistry, contamination, process requirements, SDS guidance, and facility procedures.

Three independently switched by-pass motors let operators stage suction for the cleanup task, with up to 326 CFM airflow and 98 inH₂O vacuum in the current U.S. configuration.

The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.

A metal separation basket captures chips and swarf while a washable 150 µm PPL liquid filter provides finer separation of solids from recovered coolant or oil.
Recovered liquid drains manually by gravity from the tank, supporting a simple batch cleanout workflow without an onboard discharge pump.
