Built for coolant and oil cleanouts, the RAM OIL 200 MP pulls liquids and metal swarf from CNC tanks and separates solids from fluids for easy handling. Powered by three Single-phase motors, it features a built-in pump so you can vacuum and pump out the filtered liquid at the same time. The 52-gal liquid tank (≈200 L) includes an accessory basket and two hose hooks for tidy, ready-to-use staging. A heavy-duty painted-steel frame keeps it shop-tough.
Suction comes from three by-pass motors managed by a single master switch with sequential start-up to reduce inrush current. The motors sit inside a reinforced housing lined with sound-dampening foam to keep noise low.
The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused.
360-degree swiveling material inlet allows unrestricted movement without moving the unit.
An in-tank submersible electric pump enables fast discharge of the recovered, filtered liquid. The built-in check valve lets you vacuum and pump out simultaneously—no need to stop the machine.
