Three single-phase by-pass motors provide up to 336 CFM and 98 inH₂O for recurring CNC sump-cleaning cycles. Sequential startup helps reduce inrush current, while the sound-lined motor housing keeps the rated noise level at 72 dB(A).
A removable perforated grid basket & PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles, captures metal chips and swarf before the recovered liquid reaches the main tank. The basket provides approximately 9.25 gallons of rated solids capacity and can be lifted out for material disposal or recycling. The filters are designed to be easily washed and reused.
The 360° rotating inlet lets the hose follow the operator around the machine with less twisting. Hose hooks, an accessory basket and the mobile painted-steel chassis keep the vacuum ready for repeated maintenance work.
An in-tank submersible electric pump enables fast discharge of the recovered, filtered liquid. The built-in check valve lets you vacuum and pump out simultaneously—no need to stop the machine. This eliminates a separate transfer step and helps keep tank-cleaning work moving.
Review material and application demonstrations that show how the system is used in real industrial cleanup, recovery and production-support work.
Everything included with this package, including the base machine, tools, accessories and application-specific configuration.

Find out what's included in the RAM OIL 200 MP CNC Sump Cleaning Pro Kit, which coolant and machining debris it can recover, how simultaneous vacuuming and pump-out work, and when to choose the RAM 200 instead of a larger sump vacuum. Get practical answers about the included Oil & Swarf PRO tools, filtration, electrical requirements and ordering.
The $10,898 RAM OIL 200 MP CNC Sump Cleaning Pro Kit combines the RAM OIL 200 MP industrial sump vacuum (A407/US) with the P12355 Oil & Swarf PRO 2-inch accessory kit.
The P12355 kit includes:
The RAM 200 provides a 52-gallon liquid collection tank, 9-gallon sieve-grid basket for bulk chip separation, and powered liquid discharge.
Together, these components create a machine-side cleanup package for recovering compatible coolant, cutting oil, wet metal chips and swarf from CNC sumps.
The 3-meter hose is the suction hose. Discharge-side hoses and connections should be confirmed before ordering, as they are not identified as part of the P12355 accessory kit.
Yes. The RAM OIL 200 MP is designed to recover compatible coolant and cutting oil along with wet metal chips, swarf and loosened machining residue from CNC lathes, mills and machining centers.
Its removable 9-gallon sieve-grid basket separates larger chips and swarf from the recovered liquid, helping operators manage solids and coolant during the same cleanup.
The included Oil & Swarf PRO tools support different cleaning tasks:
Dense, hardened sludge and long stringy swarf may require preparation or a different pickup method. Material compatibility should be reviewed for reactive metal fines, flammable liquids or hazardous mixtures.
The RAM OIL 200 MP is designed for simultaneous liquid recovery and powered discharge, allowing operators to vacuum compatible coolant and machining debris while transferring recovered liquid to an appropriate receiving tank or drum.
Larger chips and swarf are separated by the removable sieve-grid basket. The 2026 U.S. specification also identifies 150-micron liquid-bag filtration, with a 100-micron filtration option listed separately.
This combination can help reduce manual liquid-transfer steps during CNC sump cleanouts and may support coolant recovery for reuse.
However, chip separation and liquid filtration do not automatically restore coolant to production-ready condition. Before returning recovered fluid to a CNC machine, check coolant concentration, tramp oil, fine-particle contamination and fluid condition according to your maintenance requirements.
Confirm the supplied filtration configuration and discharge connections when ordering the kit.
Choose based on the amount of coolant and swarf being recovered, the number of machines being serviced and how frequently your team wants to stop to manage collected material.
The current U.S. specifications list:
All three Commerce Kit configurations include the P12355 Oil & Swarf PRO 2-inch cleaning accessories.
The RAM 200 MP delivers up to 326 CFM airflow and 98 inH2O vacuum. A larger tank does not necessarily mean a stronger vacuum; compare collection capacity, pump-out workflow, electrical requirements and machine access before choosing.
The 2026 U.S. RAM OIL 200 MP specification lists a 110 V / 60 Hz electrical supply with a 20 A current draw, three bypass motors, maximum airflow of 326 CFM and 98 inH2O vacuum.
Before ordering, confirm that your facility has a suitable electrical supply and that the machine is appropriate for the coolant, cutting oil, chips, fines and sludge you need to recover.
Also verify the required liquid-filtration configuration, suction reach, discharge hose and receiving-tank connections.
The standard RAM 200 MP is not presented as a hazardous-location-rated vacuum. Reactive metal fines, flammable liquids and classified areas require separate application review.
The complete kit is priced at $10,898, with shipping calculated separately. The equipment ships via LTL freight from Depureco USA’s Kyle, Texas facility, and liftgate or other delivery services may incur additional charges.

Size the kit around the largest sump, gallons recovered per cleanout, chip-basket loading, number of CNC machines serviced, collection-and-pump-out sequence, and hose access. The RAM 280 MP has a 74-gallon liquid tank, 11-gallon solids basket, and a 2-inch inlet. A larger sump may still be serviced through planned collect-and-discharge cycles; a 74-gallon tank is a holding capacity, not a guaranteed maximum sump size.
For the U.S. A373/US unit, the 2026 price list gives three bypass motors, 2.4 kW / 3.3 HP, 110 V / 60 Hz, listed 20 A draw, up to 326 CFM maximum airflow, and 98 inH₂O continuous-run vacuum. The P12355 accessory kit has a 3-meter suction hose. Pickup performance changes with hose length, bends, lift, and liquid/solids loading. Have a qualified person verify available electrical service and the external pump’s separate or shared power requirements; do not assume every ordinary receptacle is suitable.
A dedicated CNC sump-cleaning package may reduce the number of separate steps needed to handle coolant, wet chips, swarf, and sludge. Instead of manually draining a tank, scooping out solids, relocating fluid, and repeatedly moving between tools, an appropriately configured RAM 280 MP setup combines suction, larger-chip separation, liquid filtration, and controlled pump-out. The P12355 Pro accessory set provides pickup and floor-cleaning tools for different parts of the job.
To estimate ROI, measure the current time and labor cost per cleanout, annual cleanout frequency, number of machines, value of the production time lost, gallons of genuinely reusable coolant, disposal costs, and the kit’s ownership and operating costs. Compare those figures against a trial or realistic updated workflow. A valid payback estimate is based on annual net savings divided into equipment investment, not a universal percentage or guaranteed number of minutes saved. Depureco’s CNC sump vacuum ROI guide provides the relevant calculation framework.
Choose by the amount of liquid and chips handled between discharge steps, the number and type of CNC machines on the maintenance route, and the accessories required at each pickup point. In the 2026 U.S. price list, RAM OIL 200 MP provides 52 gallons of liquid capacity and 9 gallons of solids capacity; RAM OIL 280 MP provides 74 gallons and 11 gallons; and RAM OIL 500 MP provides 132 gallons and 11 gallons. The RAM 280 MP is the intermediate-volume option for shops that need more holding capacity than the RAM 200 without moving to a 132-gallon system.
Capacity is not the only decision. Compare maneuvering space, hose reach, fluid viscosity, wet chip and stringer geometry, sludge loading, pump-out destination, electrical service, and which Pro accessories are actually included in each offer. Small single-machine cleanouts may be better served by a compact M100 OIL. Reactive metal fines, combustible dust, hot or flammable materials, and classified areas call for separate engineering/safety review rather than assuming the standard kit is suitable.
