Recover coolant, cutting oil, chips, swarf and sludge while the external discharge pump moves separated liquid to a drum, holding tank or back to the CNC sump. Simultaneous suction and discharge keeps material moving and can dramatically shorten routine tank-cleaning workflows.
Three by-pass motors deliver up to 326 CFM and 98 inH₂O of vacuum, backed by a 74-gallon liquid tank and 11-gallon solids capacity for fast recovery of coolant, oil and heavy machining debris.
The removable metal sieve basket captures larger chips, swarf and shavings before liquid reaches the main tank. Add the reusable washable 150-micron liquid filter when finer particle capture is needed, or run the basket without it for faster coarse chip and swarf separation.
The included Oil & Swarf PRO Kit uses a reinforced PUR hose, antistatic cuffs, metal connections and specialized oil-resistant tools for sump access, scraping, targeted pickup and wet floor cleanup. It is a complete tool set for routine CNC coolant-tank maintenance.

The suction power is generated from three by-pass motors within the vacuum system. Each motor is individually controlled by its own switch, granting the operator precise control over the intake performance. Housed within a robust casing, the motors are accompanied by an insulating sponge to effectively reduce noise levels, creating a quieter working environment.
The gathered liquid passes through a PPL filter with a 150µ efficiency, which enables the separation of even the tiniest solid particles. This process ensures that the filtered liquid becomes suitable for reuse. The filter is designed to be easily washed and reused. Additionally, there is an alternative disposable TNT filter with a 100µ efficiency that is also available.
